Western riding experience

Adults only

60 minute session

Western horseback riding is a fun way to build strength, balance, and confidence while enjoying the outdoors. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and fosters a unique bond between rider and horse.

Sunrise stroll

Adults only

60 minute session

Horseback riding at sunrise is a powerful way to nurture both body and mind. The quiet of the early morning, paired with the steady rhythm of your horse, creates a grounding experience that promotes calm and clarity for the day ahead. The combination of movement, fresh air, and connection with nature makes it especially good for overall wellbeing.

Equine therapeutic interactions

Adult & Children

60 minute session

These sessions are spcifically designed to help indiviuals look inward and gain a deeper understanding of their emotional landscape. Through gentle intertions and feedback from the horse, participants are guided to recognise their emotions, identify their emotional triggers, and learn practical techniques for regulating strong emotions. The non-judgemental nature of horses provides a safe space for exploring, fostering:

  • Enhanced emotional intelligence: Developing a greater awareness of one’s own feelings and the ability to empathise with others.

  • Reduce stress and anxiety: learning effective coping mechanisms to manage overwhelming feelings

  • Improved self-regulation: Gainging tools to calm the nervous system and maintain emotional balance.

  • Increased self awareness: Understanding personal patterns and reactions in a supportive environment.

Learn to connect with an animal renowned for it’s ability to improve human wellbeing. These session delve into the fundamentals of horsemanship, teaching you how to build a bond based on mutual respect and understanding. Beyond the practical skills, horsemanship cultivates:
